Founded in 1986, by Edward Maleszewski, Vicky Davidson and Catherine Pippin in Dayton, Ohio. Sand Hill, Inc. offers a wealth of construction management, scheduling, and engineering knowledge to facilitate high-end project execution capabilities. The company works on various projects ranging from commercial and industrial to residential construction. Mr. Maleszewski has personally worked on more than $3 billion worth of projects during his 30-year career before founding Sand Hill, Inc. He has proven his engineering and construction management through his extensive career.

In 2004, Jesse Maleszewski, MBA, PMP joined Sand Hill, Inc. as President. Jesse Maleszewski brings knowledge in business management, marketing and finance to help lead the company toward a profitable future. Ed Maleszewski and his young energetic staff offer top-of-the-line scheduling services while maintaining reasonable rates in comparison with the competition. Sand Hill, Inc. has serviced over 100+ clients, including Mead Corporation, Interstate Paper, Solvay Paperboard, Hartford City Paper, Glatfelter Paper and Fortune 500 Companies: Proctor & Gamble, First Energy, CH2MHill.

Sand Hill, Inc. performed as Lead Scheduler on a Department of Energy project for Murtco. Our staff provided a detailed level 3 schedule that was the guideline for all processes and construction activities. We provided the client with all the support they needed to adhere to the requirements of the Department of Energy.
