Sand Hill, Inc. provided expert forensic schedule analysis for construction delay and liquidated damages. Sand Hill, Inc. has never had a client lose a dollar in liquidated damages. Sand Hill, Inc. assisted in delay claims analysis execution and document creation. This claim settled out of court with the schedule analysis portion being an integral part of the agreement. Sand Hill, Inc. rigorously explored emails, documentation, and previous schedules to develop baseline and as-built schedules for analysis.

A detailed level 3 schedule was provided for DUF6 Conversion Project that strictly monitored specific processes, electrical equipment installation, and construction activities. We worked closely with Lake Erie Electric to provide requirements of the Department of Energy.

Sand Hill, Inc. performed as Lead Scheduler on a Department of Energy project for Murtco. Our staff provided a detailed level 3 schedule that was the guideline for all processes and construction activities. We provided the client with all the support they needed to adhere to the requirements of the Department of Energy.

Lead scheduling responsibilities were provided on the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center, a $72 million construction job. Sand Hill, Inc. managed a 15% post bid day addition while maintaining the schedule to within two months of original projections.
