Sand Hill, Inc. provided program management for 18 Kindergarten through Twelfth grade schools over a 4 year period. Projects include several new and renovated school facilities. Our responsibilities include developing intense schedules, updating the schedules throughout the life of the project, and assuring all the involved parties are up-to-date on all their responsibilities..

Sand Hill, Inc. pulled Springfield High School from three months behind schedule. We were engaged in the intense schedule development, recovery scheduling, and updating processes with the various stakeholders.

Sand Hill, Inc. stepped in to manage three schools that were being renovated or newly created. Those schools were between 25 to 50% behind schedule when Sand Hill, Inc. was contacted. The latest of those schools finished 15% behind schedule because of changes encountered under the previous management organization.

Sand Hill, Inc. developed detailed CPM schedules for Vandalia Butler Schools and Ferguson Construction. We provided monthly monitoring, updating, and analysis to ensure efficient and timely completion.

Sand Hill, Inc. developed a detailed construction schedule for Mason Middle School in conjunction with Staffco Construction. We provided the client with regular updates to monitor progress and forecast sequencing and completion expectations.

Sand Hill, Inc functioned as the Lead Scheduler for GM Mechanical’s Roof & Exhaust Replacement in Pearson Hall at Miami University, Ohio. We provided a baseline schedule and monthly updated schedules per the specifications provided by the university. The schedule was cost loaded as directed.
