RDQM

CTC
Ponitz Career Tech Center was the largest RDQM project for Sand Hill, Inc. It contained training facilities for automotive, medical and so many other career areas, that it resembled a city under one roof.
Ruskin
Sand Hill, Inc. assisted RDQM in the construction of Ruskin PK-8 School, a smaller inner-city school. It had a more ambitious schedule than most, requiring a very precise schedule and close cooperation by the contractors.
Kemp
Similar to the Ruskin project, Kemp PK-8 School was a smaller project built in the middle of an inner city neighborhood. This project required sensitivity to the neighbors with Sand Hill, Inc. providing input to RDQM that allowed them to keep the neighbors informed on upcoming events. No complaints were lodged with the school commission as a result of this sensitive project.
Stivers
A flagship school for many years and now will be for many more. The existing school was preserved and renovated and more footage, than the original building, was added. Stivers is the premier fine arts secondary school in southwest Ohio. It features two gymnasiums, a fine theatre, an auditorium and music rooms.
Ruscilli
A key member of the RDQM consortium, Ruscilli Construction Company, Inc., employed Sand Hill, Inc. in the construction of Springfield High School, a large project. The new facility was built behind the old school while it was in use. This required significant coordination and summer work while school was not in session was critical. Demolition of the existing building and completion of the parking lots occurred during the second summer break
MCJJC
Montgomery County, Ohio employed Sand Hill, Inc. in the construction of a new Juvenile Justice Center. The facility contained one hundred forty-four beds, several courtrooms, clerk of courts offices and records housing. The facility contains several gymnasium and recreation areas. A post-bid change significantly impacted the project. An additional forty thousand square foot area was added and second floor deck was raised two feet. These changes required that the project move to fast-track status. While completion was impacted, steady progress was realized throughout the duration of construction.
