CONSTRUCTION
Sand Hill, Inc. has the ability to develop schedules directly from your plans, either in conjunction with your construction managers or independently.  Sand Hill, Inc. has its own licensed contractors on staff to provide the most efficient logic for rapid schedule completion. 
DELIVERABLES
Sand Hill, Inc. will generate schedules with the close cooperation of the contractors and engineers, obtain agreement and sign-off on the schedules.  This process will create ownership on the part of those actually performing the work. 
Sand Hill, Inc. will continue involvement through leading the monthly or weekly update process and identify and facilitate solutions to schedule issues.
SCHEDULES
Sand Hill, Inc.utilizes state of the art primavera scheduling technology to assure that a workable and supremely efficient plan maintained throughout your project.  These technologies include CPM logic, Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) statistical analysis, resource loading and leveling, cost analysis, etc.

Processes developed by Sand Hill, Inc. allow for updating and communicating status and obtain the needed information in a non-disruptive manner; ensuring the project staff is free to focus on project execution.
